By booking a service with JMR Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and provide the highest quality service possible.

Appointments & Scheduling:

Appointments are reserved specifically for your vehicle. We ask that customers provide accurate vehicle information when booking. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition:

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. While we take great care when working on your vehicle, JMR Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Service Results:

Detailing, paint correction, stain removal, odor removal, and other restoration services are performed to the best of our ability. Due to variations in vehicle condition, age, prior repairs, and environmental damage, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Paint Correction & Coating Services:

Paint correction services are intended to improve the appearance of paint defects but may not remove all imperfections. Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to achieve their expected performance and longevity. Warranty coverage, if applicable, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and maintenance requirements.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We kindly request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Liability:

JMR Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, electrical failures, loose trim, worn paint, rock chips, cracked glass, aftermarket modifications, or defects that become more visible during the cleaning or correction process.

Right to Refuse Service:

JMR Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any vehicle that presents safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, or circumstances beyond the scope of the requested service.

Changes to Terms:

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

By scheduling or receiving services from JMR Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
